HOW IT WORKS
Building Your Dream Van
Here is our process for building your ultimate adventure vehicle…
First, you will fill out our Spec Sheet where you will decide on details such as your bed size, power system, interior appliances, exterior vehicle upgrades, etc.
After you fill this out, we will schedule a phone call so that we can get to know you and learn a little more about the vision you have for your van. We will put together a rough pricing estimate based on your answers in the Spec Sheet.
You’ve picked all of your components and you’re ready to build your dream van. A refundable deposit of $5,000 will reserve the next available build slot. This deposit is refundable up to 45 days prior to your build slot.
Once the deposit is received, we will begin the detailed Design & Engineering process where we will finalize the spec and agree on a final price.
We'll work with you to create the perfect layout that meets your unique needs. Our design team will help you with aesthetic decisions and choosing materials.
A full breakdown of systems and accessories will be drawn up and the Final Production Spec will be signed.
45 days before your reserved build slot we ask for a 50% deposit so that we may begin ordering all of the components for your build.
It’s finally here! Your build date arrives and it’s time to drop your van off at our shop in sunny San Diego, CA.
The Ridgeline team will greet you at our shop and go over any last things before we begin building.
You'll receive regular progress updates as the project moves forward. You can expect your van to take anywhere from 1-3 months to build depending upon the size and complexity of the project.
You will submit another 25% deposit once we complete the first half of your build.
It's adventure time! Upon delivery of your newly built Ridgeline van, we'll walk you through the details of every system and show you how things work.
We'll provide you with all of the documents and manuals for every component installed in the van.
The remaining 25% balance will be paid and you will take your newly built Ridgeline Van on its first adventure!
